EXCELLENTVerified An absolute gem Palais Tara & Spa is an absolute gem in the heart of Marrakech. This charming boutique hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and impeccable service. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable — like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a lovely variety of fresh local dishes, and the view from the rooftop terrace was simply breathtaking — a perfect way to start each day. We also enjoyed the hotel’s spa and massage services, which were excellent and incredibly relaxing. The location couldn’t be better — right inside the Medina yet wonderfully peaceful, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions while retreating to a serene oasis afterward. Rooks were nice and rooftop views are great.Posted onVerified Great time in Marrakech, even in rainy winter The staff at the Riad Palais Tara & Spa are the most friendly and professional I have ever encountered. Our flight was late but the driver that was requested by the Riad waited for us. Because cars can not drive directly to the Palais Tara, Fatima met us at the drop off point and led us on the 3 minute walk to Palais Tara. Every time we had a ride to or from the Riad, someone escorted us to the vehicle or the Palais. The manager, Hassna, is so cordial and helpful words can not describe. And Fatima is a great example of how then entire staff is at your service. This Riad is in the Medina and many points of interest are easy to walk to. Of course until you are familiar with the area, you will need a gps app. We never felt afraid in the Medina. We met the owner and twice had a wonderful conversation. The accomdations are as described on the website. Marble floors in appropriate areas and authentic hand carved Morrocan wood work are just a couple examples of the beauty. He told us the history of this over 200 year old former private home and how much effort time it required to restore its original beauty while keeping the original as possible. The marble is Italian. You will enjoy your stay here and Hassna will make sure you have what ever you need. Vu le temps pluvieux, nous avons demandé s'il était possible de prendre un verre en attendant notre bus. Hasna s'est montré d'une extrême gentillesse, nous avons beaucoup discuté et pris un thé, nous avons même reçu du gâteau pour patienter. L'hôtel est propre, bien entretenu et tellement beau ! Je recommande vivement ! Une très belle expérience et une hospitalité comme on n'en voit plus beaucoup. Thank you so much!Posted onVerified Lovely staffs & nice Riad 1. We booked a Family suite 2 connected room. Both rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast in here is also nice and fresh. 2. This suite has windows (looking outside of street) for both rooms. 3. All the staffs in this riad are so friendly and we felt like a home staying here, especially thanks to Hasna (very sweet and caring manager) and Abdul who have sincerely helped us to search for pharmacy. We are really really appreciate it.
