Wonderful stay What a beautiful stay we had! Honestly, everything about Palais Tara and Spa was wonderful. Every single member of the team was so lovely, welcoming and helpful – nothing was ever too much trouble, and I really can’t say enough nice things about them. The staff genuinely made our stay so special. Breakfast was lovely every morning, the location was absolutely perfect for exploring Marrakech, and our room was beautiful, comfortable and always spotlessly clean. The pool area was gorgeous and the perfect place to come back to and relax after a long, hot day exploring the city. We absolutely loved our stay at Palais Tara and Spa, but for me, it really was the people who made it. Such a warm, friendly team who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. MARAVILLA DE RIAD Y DE EXPERIENCIA Absolutamente maravilloso todo; es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en este Riad y es un pequeño lujo y una joya escondida al lado de la plaza. Desde el edificio, le rehabilitación, el patio interior, las habitaciones.. y la increíble terraza superior con sus desayunos! El equipo es muy bueno especialmente Abdul y están atentos a cada detalle!! Nos ayudaron totalmente con un problema con mi DNI y con todo y hacen que la estancia sea un lujo. Wonderful, relaxing stay in a beautiful riad I stayed at the Palais Tara wirh my family for 2 weeks & it was just the most wonderful holiday. The location is fabulous, a 5 minute walk to the main square & walking distance to the beautiful sites in Marrakech. The staff were honestly the most pleasant, accomodating & friendly group that it was more like staying with a family than in a hotel. They were so attentive that we will miss them all. The rooms have AC & when we stayed here in mid August, it made the 43oC temperature bearable. They were always spotlessly clean & the beds are very comfy. The rooftop pool is cool & ideal for a refreshing dip after a day winding through the lanes of the souk. Overall, such a fabulous place to stay & a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Un séjour exceptionnel Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet établissement qui porte bien son nom, c’est un vrai petit palais traditionnel et raffiné. Hasna, Abdelilah, Hajar, Yassine et toute l’équipe ont été aux petits soins avec nous; la piscine est un plus, les suites et chambres sont magnifiques, le petit déjeuner copieux et servi avec soin et les repas du restaurant sont délicieux. Nous l’avions choisi complètement par hasard, et nous y reviendrions sans hésiter d’autant plus qu’il est très bien situé et facilement accessible. Bref, c’était exceptionnel! Dream experience I stayed at Palais Tara one week with the family. The stay has been wonderful under every aspect. The team is charming and always available to help , the Ryad is luxury level with a nice pool and a nice breakfast area on the roof. Un grand merci Superbe riad en plein coeur de la Médina. Des hôtes d'une extrême gentillesse et à vos petits soins. Les chambres sont très propres, le calme est au rendez-vous et la nourriture est excellente ( les petits déjeuners sont très copieux). Most memorable experience of our entire trip! I am delighted to write this review for the wonderful family at Palais Tara & Spa. From the very beginning, everyone made us feel welcome and cared for. My first interaction was with Guizlane, who patiently helped me coordinate our arrival. This was the fourth city we visited during our journey through Morocco, and she made everything so easy and stress-free. Hasna was exceptional throughout our stay. She kindly helped arrange a later check-out for us and was always smiling, attentive, and ready with an answer to every question. Her kindness truly made a difference. Anes served tea with such grace and skill that it felt magical. Abdul was incredibly friendly and somehow always seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked! Before arriving at the Palais, my 16-year-old son wasn’t feeling well. From the moment we checked in, we felt embraced by this amazing family and genuinely pampered every single moment of our stay. A special thank you to Hajar, who personally escorted us through the Medina to our taxi and made sure we boarded safely for our ride to the train station. She even arranged the transportation for us, making our departure completely stress-free. My 16-year-old son and I both agree that the Palais Tara & Spa family gave us the most memorable experience of our entire trip. That is saying a lot, considering we met so many wonderful people throughout Morocco. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, hospitality, and genuine care.
