EXCELLENTVerified Belle découverte Magnifique riad très bien placé pour la découverte de la médina. A 7 minutes de la place Jemaa el fna. L’accueil est tout simplement incroyable de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Merci à Hassna, Ghislaine et la 3ème réceptionniste dont j'ai oublié le prénom :-(. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits locaux, et le service est également très bien. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuse. Le riad est aménagé avec goût et très typique de la région. Nous y reviendrons, c'est certain.Posted onVerified Très belle expérience Très beau Riad. Dans la Médina, au calme et proche de tout, les souks, la place Jemaa el fna, la Koutoubia. Accueil très chaleureux et professionnel par Hassna, Ghislaine et une autre charmante personne dont je n’ai pas le prénom. Le petit déjeuner pris sur la terrasse est copieux et délicieux. Tous les produits sont frais, jus d’orange, salade de fruits, gâteau etc.. Piscine chauffée sur le toit pour se reposer loin du tumulte de Marrakech. On y reviendra avec plaisir. Eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten der Medina. Das Spa ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist ein sehr entspannter Rückzugsort. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind unfassbar freubdlich und das von Herzen ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Vielen Dank für eine wunderschöne Zeit - wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!Posted onVerified Palais Perfect I can't say enough how wonderful this place is - atmospheric, mysterious and magical - hidden down a cobbled alleyway worn smooth by centuries of countless people walking back and forth - it's like turning a corner and realising you.ve gone back in time a thousand years. All that along with rooms, restaurants, facilities, service and attention to detail which are definitely the best the 21st Century has to offer. You can't go wrong booking a stay here - just don't tell anyone else - let's keep it our secret!Posted onVerified Wonderful Riad in the heart of the Medina Location: couldn't be better, in the middle of the Medina but yet very quiet inside the Riad. No street noise, except for the occasional motorcycle on the street that could be heard from our room. Walking distance to most places and an easy taxi ride just a few streets outside the Riad. Rooms: spacious, good beds, good A/C. Cleanliness: Immaculately clean (the entire Riad actually). Breakfast: Amazing breakfast and the waiters cater to every need. They bring everything to the table and it was always a feast. Great service! Pool: The pool area and sun loungers were a huge plus, we spent several afternoons in the sun. The pool is rather cold, but it didn't bother us much. Service & Staff: The level of attentiveness, helpfullness, class and good vibes of the staff at Palais Tara Riad is top notch. We had a last minute surprise birthday decoration request for our room and the staff went above and beyond to decorate the room and purchase the ideal cake for the celebration. It was perfect! They really made us feel special and cared for and for this reason we will come back here if we visit Marrakech again. We didn't want to leave! Thank you to all of the staff for the wonderful stay!Posted onVerified Oasis of serenity This is a beautiful oasis of peace and quiet, right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the Medina. You can have the best of both worlds here. Fantastic location. However what I loved the most is the staff. Hassnae the Manager runs the place so well and is a really lovely lady. All the staff there are caring and genuine and you won't want for anything. Special shout out also to Ghislaine, very helpful...and Abdul who went far beyond the call of duty, when we got the time of our hot air balloon trip wrong and he literally ran down the alleyways of the Medina at 6am to get us onto our tour bus. The hammam in the riad is also great and very relaxing. Highly recommend.Posted onVerified Rooftop, tea and amazing location. Beautiful Riad in an amazing location. They are willing to meet you to guide you, as the first time in the Medina can be overwhelming. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond throughout our stay. They helped my partner organize a proposal on the rooftop and set it all up! The rooftop then became one of our favourite spots to get away from the busy streets. The best mint tea we had during our stay in Marrakech. I recommend not staying on the basement floor, as it was very loud in the evening only because of the guests above.Posted onVerified Wonderful experience A beautiful riad – very well-maintained, clean, and atmospheric. Wonderful service, always helpful and cordial. The most professional is Abdoul - the caretaker, waiter, and advisor. Wonderful breakfasts – delicious and beautifully presented. The pool, spa, and beautiful views from the rooftop – you can take advantage of them and enjoy every moment at Palais Tara.
