Yes, a delicious Moroccan breakfast is included in the room rate.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

All major credit cards are accepted. You can also pay in cash, either in euros/ Pounds Dollars or in the local currency Moroccan Dirham (MAD).

Do you exchange currencies at the hotel?

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
In case of a no-show or cancellation within 15 days of the arrival date, 100% of the stay will be charged.

How do I get to the hotel?

Palais Tara & Spa is located at Laksour district in the Medina of Marrakech.

We are 15 minutes from Marrakech Menara airport and the easiest way to get to us is by booking a private transfer with us. Our driver will be as you exit the arrivals terminal.

Alternatively, you can take your own taxi. Ask the driver to go to Bab El Ksour, it’s a large stone archway that leads into the medina.
Go through the gate, take the second street on the right, then walk straight ahead. Pass Maison MK and turn right into a narrow alley. Continue for about 5 meters, and you will find the entrance to Palais Tara on your left.

We do not have parking on site; however, there is a public parking approximately a 7-minute walk from the Hotel.

Can I walk to places nearby?

Yes, the hotel is centrally located within walking distance to Jamaa El Fna Square, La Koutoubia Mosque, Medersa ben Youssef, Musuem, souks… a great variety of restaurants as well as the famous Secret Garden in the medina.
